At the time, the domaine farmed fifteen hectares of vineyards and sold everything to the cooperative winery in Beaune.

The first time wines were made at the Domaine, from 1.5 hectares of vines within the appellations Nuits St Georges, Nuits St Georges 1er cru "Aux Thorey" and "Les Procès".

Begin farming a beautiful plot of Echezeaux Grand Cru and a plot in Vosne Romanée. The following year, an additional piece of Nuits St Georges 1er Cru "Aux Thorey" is added to the estate.

David Duband begins purchasing grapes in the villages of Chambolle Musigny, Morey St Denis et Gevrey Chambertin.

7 hectares of vines with the Grands Crus "Clos de la Roche", "Charmes Chambertin", Chambolle-Musigny villages and 1er cru "Les Sentiers", Morey St Denis villages and 1ers crus "Clos Sorbè"et "Broc". Gevrey-Chambertin villages and 1er cru 'les Combottes".

A new winery and cellar are built

2 new appellations expand the range of the domaine. The Grands Crus "Chambertin" and "Latricières-Chambertin."

Construction of a storage facility, a new office, a reception room and a tasting room overlooking the village.
